Mary-Jo and Anna wanted more beach time and I wanted more photo time, so we took a cab to Eagle beach in Aruba, and then I went on to the Butterfly farm. I was able to take as much time as I wanted to get as many shots as necessary without boring everyone silly, and then I walked back along the beach front back to the hotel that was hosting the ladies. Actually I missed it because the signs wanted to emphasize the name of the bar associated with the hotel, not the hotel name, but I found them, and, happily, the bar.
Don’t ask me what varieties these butterflies are – they didn’t introduce themselves, even when perched on my leg, camera or finger. (Have you ever tried getting your phone out to take a one-handed photo of a butterfly sitting on your camera? It’s not easy!)
