Adam fulfilled his lifelong (almost) ambition of getting a truck, in January – a blue Ford F150 extended cab, or, as we non-truck-aficionados would say, a filthy great truck! My comment at his wedding was that we didn’t think of the event so much as losing a son as gaining two parking spots on the driveway. After a snow storm, he would drive off and half the driveway was instantly clear.
