Because I usually update things in December, I tend to categorize a year as December last year to whenever I update the record the following year. So in this case, through to Dec 10th.
Last year (2104) we went to Bruce’s in Toronto on Dec 20th, which coincidentally is the same date he’s hosting this year. We were at Adam and Dana’s on Christmas eve, and had Angus and Gloria and some of Pamela’s crew at our place on Christmas day – I’d be more specific as to who was here but apparently there were no photos and the collective Powell memory is pretty useless. Our home and, to a lesser extent, garden were a mess for most of summer, and so we didn’t host a gathering here, but Carolyn had a party at her place in August, where I took a total of four photos because I’d left a control on my camera set incorrectly, and I couldn’t see anything on the view screen. Pamela held a Thanksgiving get-together, and we were invited to Mary-Jo-s cousin Bill’s 80th birthday party in November.

It is always a pleasure to receive your annual Christmas message & photos and all the events that have happened in your family etc., Love receiving them. I hope you continue with them for as long as you can. It just is a reminder how great you were as our IT manager at our provincial office…..from a retired receptionist…lil ole Geo
