In early December, Victoria, Adam and Travis came over to help Mary-Jo and Anna make cookies and to decorate our Christmas tree. My job was to stay out of the way and take an occasional photo. I did pretend to put an ornament on the tree so Mary-Jo could take my photo.
Mary-Jo also tried a new cookie which you make by creating a roll of cookie dough around a green, tree-shaped core, then slicing the roll to make the individual cookies. Sort of like the British candy where the words “Brighton Rock” go all the way through the stick. OK, too hard to explain, just look at the pictures!

Of course, the downside of all this cookie baking on Dec 7th was that by the time Bruce’s party came around, which was today, too many were gone, so Mary-Jo had to make more. But they were certainly well received.
